1. Consultations and One-Time Services
Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds: Refunds for consultations are provided only if the session is canceled by us or due to extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you believe you qualify.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to services until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.
Refunds for Subscription Services: Refunds are not provided for monthly subscriptions. If you are experiencing issues, please contact us, and we will make every effort to address any concerns with the service.
3. Training and Course Fees
Self-Paced Courses: For self-paced or downloadable course materials, all sales are final. No refunds are provided once access to the course has been granted.
Live Training Sessions: If you are unable to attend a live training session, please notify us 48 hours in advance, and we will assist in rescheduling. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless there are exceptional circumstances.
4. How to Request a Refund
For eligible refunds, please contact our support team at support@crminstructor101.com with your request, including your name, purchase details, and reason for requesting a refund. Approved refunds are processed within [5-10] business days.
